TenCentz.com reserves the right to void auction wins, close accounts, and revoke the rights of those caught using tools or engaging in any prohibited activity to gain an unfair advantage in our auctions. These actions may be taken at our discretion without notice.

Each user may have or maintain control over only one account without exceptions. This means one account per household/physical address. Accounts found to be using the same I.P. address are subject to banishment. It is advised NOT to share your internet connection with others who engage in bid activity at pennibids.com.  

It happens to all of us. Sometimes you get caught up in the moment and win an item you really just didn’t mean to buy. Unlike other sites, pennibids.com has your back. We offer a resale section so that you can have a chance to sell the item you no longer need/want. For more information see our HOW TO RESELL page.

Winning limits are put in place to ensure a level playing field. The following limits apply to all users:

Wins Per Day: - Two-Per Day.

Wins Per Week: - You are only limited to the number times you can win a day.

ONE-PER-USER: - Some auctions are restricted only to users who have never won a "One-Per-User" auction for that product before. These auctions are marked as usually marked with something like "One-Per-User" on the auction page. pennibids.com thinks this is an overboard policy. You can win ANY auction that you engage in, so long as you have not exceeded 2 total wins for the day.

Colluding with family members, friends, or acquaintances in auctions is strictly forbidden. Bidders found to be participating in teams will have auction wins suspected of being involved in this type of behavior voided. Violating the Team Play Policy subjects account to temporary suspension. Repeat violations will result in permanent suspension. Again, all bid sales are finale.

pennibids.com uses sophisticated software, monitoring systems, and safety protection measures to detect bidders who do not comply with this policy. We encourage bidders to report any suspected team players to our Support Team.

We work hard to combat Team Play. However, we are unable to reimburse bids to other bidders involved in auctions where team play has taken place.

The use of any kind of external bidding software is strictly forbidden. If you wish to auto bid, pennibids.com has provided this ability for you. Our system is very aggressive at looking for those would use software or techniques to procure an unfair advantage.

Usernames must not be obscene, intentionally misleading, or chosen with the clear purpose of impersonating an existing user. Usernames must be 6 characters in length or more.

pennibids.com employees and their family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and any person residing in the same household as employees may not under any circumstances participate in our auctions.
